ABOUT MEETINGS

Meetings are events that bring together individual existing GetWoke-StayWoke groups or informal communities for deliberations. Meetings can be virtual, face-to-face, or distributed.

SETTING UP NEW MEETINGS

Set up a new Meeting: Any GetWoke-StayWoke member can set up a new meeting. There is a wide range of meeting types with associated functionality. The member who sets up a meeting becomes its administrator, who determines the rights other members have. The administrator can delegate administration rights to other group members.

MANAGING MEETINGS

Modify an existing Meeting: ... The available modifications also allows to deactivate a meeting, which can be reactivated at a later point in time without loss of any data.

DELETING MEETINGS

Delete an existing Meeting: Obsolete meetings can be deleted, which results in all data specific to this meeting to be removed.
